CapitalOne commercial, "After the Fall", Bank of America commercial and SNL

OPERATED B camera for DP Jim Fealy on this CAPITAL ONE spot.

Recently Parris operated steadicam for a few weeks on the feature film AFTER THE FALL with Director Anthony Fabian and DP Elliot Davis.

Parris been working regularly on SNL as an operator or Steadicam op for the last few years with many different DPs such as Dave Phillips but the latest DP Jason Vandermer is as funny as a cast member and cracked me up all day...a 20 hour day FYI!

Recent jobs

Very cool job operating Steadicam for Caleb DESCHANEL, the DP of one of Parris' favorite films "The Natural" and working again with Akiva Goldsman who Parris worked with on the NBC series KINGS.

Parris operated Steadicam on with Director Matt Penn and working again with Vanja Cernjul was a pleasure.

              "THE FOLLOWING"

Parris operated B-camera and steadicam for DP Anthony Arendt on a promo spot for a new series called

James Purefoy as a serial killer with a following.

Kevin Bacon as the FBI agent in a 60 fPS steadicam shot which looked awesome.

On the Rickshaw bolting through JFK airport for a series of INTEL spots for DP David Jacobson and GREENCARD films.

Daughtry music video

Music videos are fun to work on, for camera at least, but this Daughtry video for "Crawling Back to you" was particularly cool. Director Laurent Briet always brings something special.
This is a still from the monitor of the techno.

Parris used a rickshaw to get the speeds needed repeatedly to achieve the Hitchcockian dolly reverse zoom effect which Laurent amplified in post to make the video really move and create a crazy look.

Operating Technocrane

Parris was operating the Technocrane on the feature movie "Sorrority Row"

Parris worked on the feature film "Innocence" with DP David Morrison, when he asked "How do you feel about stairs?" Paris said, "I feel good about'm." So he pointed to these stairs and asked "How high can you go?" Parris said "All the way!"
